Code of Conduct

• Respectful communication is expected in live sessions, group chats, and forums.
• Any inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension or removal from the course without refund.

Course Cancellation by Student

• Requests made at least 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. 
• Requests made within 7 days of the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund. 
• No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.

Course Cancellation by SSAITI

• In the rare case that SSAITI cancels a course, students will receive a 100% refund or be offered a seat in the next available batch. 

Rescheduling

• You may request to shift to another batch once, free of charge, subject to availability.

Digital Courses:

• All training programs are delivered online. No physical shipping is involved.
• Course access details (links, credentials) will be shared via email after enrollment.

Physical Materials (If Applicable):

• If we provide books or printed materials, they will be shipped to your address within 7-10 business days of enrollment.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated at checkout.
